A Lockwood man is due in court accused of hanging onto a moving train at Huddersfield Railway Station.

James Milnes, of Stanley Street, will appear at Kirklees Magistrates’ Court on April 29.

The alleged offence happened at the train station on October 14.

Milnes is charged with obstructing an engine or carriage using the railway.

The 39-year-old allegedly did this by unlawfully hanging onto the outside of a moving train.
