A man has admitted breaking into a town centre bank and stealing cash.
He admitted the burglary at Barclays Bank in Market Place on the night of August 11.
Magistrates heard that Ryan was drunk when he gained access to the bank through an alleyway at the back of the Packhorse Shopping Centre.
He entered the premises via a window and stole £545 in cash.
Magistrates adjourned the 44-year-old’s case as he faces court for another matter on December 18.
Ryan was granted conditional bail.
These are residence, a curfew between 9pm and 7am, non contact with a named witness and a ban on entering the bank.
