A MAN breached his bail conditions after failing to be at the address he gave to the court.

However Mark Cunliffe had been forced to find somewhere else to live – after his housemate was evicted.

The 29-year-old pleaded guilty to breaching his bail conditions when he appeared before Kirklees magistrates.

He is due before Bradford Crown Court on July 6 accused of burgling a house.

Cunliffe was granted conditional bail.

These were to live and sleep at an address on Dale Street in Longwood and a curfew.

Cunliffe was arrested and remanded in custody when he was not at the property on Saturday.

Andrew Sugden, defending, said his client found a new place to live in Cadogan Avenue in Lindley, but couldn’t confirm this with the court on time.

Magistrates agreed to re-release Cunliffe on bail, with the conditions to include his new address.

He will appear before the crown court for a plea and case management hearing this Friday.
