A MAN has appeared in court accused of dealing drugs.

Fiaz Hussain, of Manor Way in Staincliffe, was before Kirklees magistrates yesterday.

He is accused of possession of 24 dealer bags of cannabis on October 27 last year.

Hussain allegedly intended to supply the Class B drug to others.

Alex Bosman, prosecuting, said that estimated street value of the drugs was £240.

The Huddersfield bench said that the case was too serious to be dealt with by them.

Hussain, 31, will eventually be committed to stand trial at Leeds Crown Court.

He was granted unconditional bail.
