A MAN has appeared in court accused of using his phone while driving.
Shakeel Shah, 31, was before Huddersfield magistrates yesterday.
He was accused of using his mobile as he drove along Wakefield Road in Huddersfield on August 8.
Shah, of Yew Tree Avenue in Bradford, denies the charge.
Magistrates adjourned his case until March 2.
