A POLISH man has appeared in court accused of assaulting his wife.
Aleksander Przybylski, 43, is charged with beating Gabriela Przybyksi on August 29. He will next appear before Huddersfield Magistrates’ Court on November 16. Przybylski, of Corby Street, Fartown, was granted conditional bail. He is not permitted to contact the complainant or enter Lowerhouses. Przybylski must also attend an appointment with probation.
