A MAN has appeared in court after a stun gun was found in his home.
Patryk Sroka, of Redberry Avenue. Heckmondwike, was before Kirklees magistrates yesterday . Sroka, 20, denies the offence.
He claims he had no idea that the weapon was in his house.
Magistrates adjourned the case and bailed him until September 10.
