A 21-year-old driver has been arrested over allegedly taking a car which was later involved in a fatal crash.
Eighteen-year-old Yasar Hussain died on November 25 when the Nissan Micra car he was travelling in struck a tree on Victoria Avenue, Batley.
The 21-year-old driver suffered injuries but has since been released from hospital.

He has now been arrested on suspicion of taking a car without owner’s consent.
A third passenger remains in hospital with serious injuries and is likely to be there for several weeks.
