A SMASH shut a busy road junction in Rastrick.
Two cars were involved in the crash at the junction of New Hey Road and Dewsbury Road outside the Sun Inn at 6pm last night.
A man suffered neck and back injuries and was taken to Huddersfield Royal Infirmary. He was said to be conscious at the scene and is not thought to be badly hurt.
