A MAN and a teenager appeared in court charged with attempting to murder a woman in Huddersfield.
Marcin Kasprzak, 25, of Penistone Road in Waterloo appeared at Huddersfield Magistrates' Court this morning accused of kidnapping and attempting to kill his partner Michalina Lewandowska.
The 27-year-old woman was found by a passer-by in a dishevelled state near Woodsome Hall Golf Club just after midnight on Sunday.
Kasprzak is also charged with possessing an electrical stun gun.
His 17-year-old co-defendant, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was charged with kidnap and attempted murder.
The pair were remanded in custody this morning and will appear again at Bradford Crown Court on June 6.
