OOH, la, la! A continental market is making a return to Huddersfield.

The centre of town will be full of sights and sounds from across the Channel next Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

Tasty breads, speciality cheeses, mustards, wine, garlic, honey, olives, crepes, paté and many other mouth-watering foods will be on sale in New Street.

There will also be soaps, lavender and fancy goods.

Le Marché de France is run by a group of market traders who regularly travel from France with fresh supplies.

They were in Huddersfield last November when they proved to be very popular with shoppers in the town.
