A MAN who was accused of breaching a restraining order has had his case thrown out.
Leon James, of Royd Street, Milnsbridge, was accused of breaching a restraining order against a woman, who has not been named.
Magistrates sitting in Huddersfield yesterday heard that 38-year-old James, who was represented in court, was accused of the offence in Westbourne Road, Marsh, on December 20 last year.
But the court was told both witnesses had failed to turn up to court to give evidence.
The court then heard how the defendant was in Manchester on the day of the alleged offence.
Magistrates dismissed the case.
