A MARSH man facing court over wounding and theft charges will not be prosecuted.
Lawyers from the Crown Prosecution Service have told Daniel Bedeau, of Lawrence Road, that the cases have been discontinued. Mr Bedeau had been due to face Bradford Crown Court charged with wounding with intent and theft.
