A MARSH man has returned to court on suspicion of child porn offences.

A MARSH man has returned to court on suspicion of child porn offences.

David Croft, 62, of Croft House Lane, appeared before Huddersfield magistrates yesterday.

He is facing 21 charges of possessing indecent images of children.

The case will now be dealt with at Bradford Crown Court which has stronger sentencing powers than magistrates courts.

Croft will next appear at Bradford on September 7.
