AN expert on the medical condition ME is to address a Huddersfield organisation.
Dr Charles Shepherd is to speak at a meeting of the Kirklees Independent ME/CFS Support Group.
Dr Shepherd will talk about research, management and other topics relating to ME/CFS (Myalgic Encephalopathy/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome).
The talk will be held at 2pm at The Nerve Centre, second floor Standard House, Half Moon Street, on Thursday, March 5.
Dr Shepherd is the author of several books on the condition and has spoken in the media on behalf of fellow sufferers.
He is also medical adviser to the ME Association. He will be able to answer questions regarding ME, a frequently misunderstood condition.
