REGENERATION, recycling and town centre cameras will be hot topics at Brighouse Forward’s annual general meeting on November 26.
Brighouse Forward (BF), which involves the town’s service providers and voluntary sectors, will discuss how the town can redevelop and attract investment.
The meeting, at William Henry Smith School, Rastrick, will also offer residents and landowners a chance to have a say on the Sugdens Mill site.
The Kerbside Calderdale recycling company will make a presentation and BF will discuss town centre web cameras to ber made available online at www.brighousetown.co.uk
BF chairman Clr Paul Rogan says: “The new cameras will provide entertainment because you can see your friends and relatives in the town centre while you’re online. But they will also act as a deterrent for anti-social behaviour.”
The meeting is also an opportunity for William Henry Smith School to show how it helps troubled pupils back into education.
