TWO men accused of the murder of Scottish piper Craig Hepburn in Marsden have appeared before a judge at Leeds Crown Court.
Anthony David Driver, 36, and Luke Aaron Elliott, 21, appeared at Leeds Crown Court today.
Prosecution counsel told the court that forensic work would not be available until September.
The men are expected to provide a plea on October 5.
A provisional trial date of December 3 was set.
