QUIZ king the Rev Mike Smith is heading for our TV screens again.
The Golcar Baptist Church minister is to feature in Mastermind on BBC2 on Wednesday.
Mr Smith has previously appeared on 15:1 and The Weakest Link.
Now, he and three other contestants will take to the famous black leather chair, under the watchful eyes and ears of quizmaster John Humphries.
Humphries, the heavyweight political commentator, has taken over from Magnus Magnusson.
Mr Smith will be answering questions on the Dark Ages of Europe, 400-800AD.
"The programme was filmed several weeks ago and we had a great time," said Mr Smith.
"My wife, Diana, and daughter Claire were in the audience.
"To people who enjoy quiz shows it was the equivalent of playing at Wembley," added Mr Smith.
