A DUBAI-based investment company wants to convert a Netherton mill into homes.
Beckston Investments Limited has made an outline application to Kirklees Council for the change of use of the two-storey Moll Springs Mill in Old Moll Road.
The outline application is for the building to be changed into 14 residential units.
Beckston Investments has owned the mill for several years. It is based in Dubai in the United Arab Emirates.
Planning officers are likely to decide on the application at a meeting next month.
