VANDALS have damaged a bridge.
Dozens of coping stones have been pushed off the bridge over Huddersfield Narrow Canal near Britannia Road in Milnsbridge.
Bob Whitwam, 65, spotted the damage while walking his dog in the area.
The Milnsbridge man said: “There have been kids going down there ransacking the place.
“They have shoved the coping stones off the wall, down on to the other side.
“Whoever has done that is destructive. It’s a real shame.”
Mr Whitwam noticed the vandalism three weeks ago.
“No-one has done anything about it,” he said.
