Offences denied
A MIRFIELD man has appeared in court and denied two driving offences. Damian Andrew Terry, 40, appeared at Kirklees Magistrates’ Court yesterday accused of drink-driving and driving with no insurance. Terry, of Jackroyd Lane is alleged to have committed the offences in Jackroyd Lane on May 31. The case will be listed for trial at the Huddersfield court on July 24.
