A MIRFIELD man was charged with murder last night following a fatal knife attack at a Ravensthorpe haulage firm.
Gavin Hogg, 34, from Wellhouse Lane, was charged with murder and two counts of wounding with intent following a lunchtime fracas at M&B Haulage on Low Mill lane in Ravensthorpe on Wednesday.
He was due to appear before Dewsbury magistrates this morning.
Haulier David Burrows, 36, of Ravensthorpe, received fatal stab wounds in the incident and died later at Dewsbury District Hospital.
His father, company director Mervyn Darrell Burrows, 62, and uncle and co-director Clive Hoyland, 52, both suffered stab wounds.
They are still being treated in the same hospital with Mr Burrows' condition described by police as "poorly but stable" and father-of-three Mr Hoyland as "stable".
