A WOMAN has appeared in court after concealing criminal property in her bank account.
Elizabeth Dyson, of Northway Gardens in Mirfield, appeared before Kirklees magistrates yesterday.
She admits a charge of allowing her bank account to be used to deposit money from a fraudulent loan.
In return the 24-year-old received a quantity of money.
The offence took place in Mirfield between October 25, 2011 and January 17, 2012.
Dyson’s solicitor Peter Hampson asked magistrates for a short adjournment.
He said that the prosecution needed to take further instructions on the “complicated” matter.
Magistrates agreed to adjourn Dyson’s case until January 24.
Her unconditional bail was extended.
