A MISSING Huddersfield teenager has turned up safe and well following her mum’s appeal in the Examiner.

Shelbie Greenwood, 14, was found in Berry Brow yesterday morning.

A police hunt was launched after the youngster had run away from her home on Sunny Mead, Waterloo, nine days ago.

Mum Hayley, who pleaded in yesterday’s Examiner for her safe return, said: “She’s tired and hungry, but she’s doing all right.”

It is thought she had been staying with friends in Berry Brow. She is now living back in Waterloo.
