THE owners of a family of missing meerkat ornaments have been found.
As the Examiner reported last week, the meerkats were found by police who believed they had been stolen.
Three youths were arrested in the Whinney Hill and Stoney Lane area of Brighouse in relation to a spate of thefts, including the meerkats.
A 17-year-old was charged with the theft of garden ornaments and will appear at Calderdale Youth Court on February 9.
Two others, an 11-year-old boy and a 14-year-old girl, received reprimands.
