POLICE have arrested a man in connection with the death of student Adam O'Toole.
Officers investigating the hit and run incident which claimed the life of 18-year-old Adam almost two years ago have arrested a man in connection with the incident.
West Yorkshire Police detectives travelled to the Greater Manchester area and arrested a 24-year-old man from the Oldham area.
He was subsequently brought back to West Yorkshire where he was questioned and released on bail pending further enquiries.
Adam had been crossing the road at New Hey Road in Salendine Nook, Huddersfield at 10.30am on Tuesday March 6, 2007 when a collision occurred with a Rover which failed to stop.
He was taken to hospital but later died from his injuries.
