AN array of flowers will go on sale at the National Trust Marsden Moor Estate.

Administrator Gemma Cook said: “On Friday, for the first time, we will be opening the gates of our plant growing yards to the public.

“We have hundreds of beautiful plants in perfect condition and ready to buy.

“The beginning of the growing season was very slow for us due to the cold weather and the frost, but now we have hundreds of plants ready for sale.”

The estate will be open this Friday from 11am until 2pm.

It will then be open every Friday until the end of September at the Marsden Moor Estate, The Old Goods Yard, Station Road.
