HUDDERSFIELD MP Barry Sheerman has helped sick children who will be in hospital over Christmas.
He donated two gifts to the Huddersfield Royal Infirmary Christmas Present Appeal.
Mr Sheerman said: “It’s not much of a Christmas for children if they’re in hospital so it’s important we don’t forget about them.”
He met Karen Foster and Steph Dunn, play specialists at the HRI’s children’s ward, at the Brian Jackson Centre on New North Road.
Mr Sheerman donated an interactive toy for babies and a book about Formula 1 driver Lewis Hamilton.
