IN the issue of the Examiner dated November 1, we reported that a writ had been issued against Mr Robin Hart and ISA Trading Limited alleging that Mr Hart had "stolen" clients from his former employer.
We have been asked to make it clear that it was not intended to imply that either Mr Hart or his current employers ISA Trading Limited, have acted dishonestly in any way.
They are to defend the proceedings.
