A MAN accused of a town centre mugging is due to stand trial in April.
During a brief hearing before a judge at Bradford Crown Court yesterday Christian Auty, 20, of Lockwood Scar in Newsome, denied assaulting Gary Cole and stealing his £300 iPhone during an incident on John William Street in July.
The court was told that Auty's trial was expected to last about two days and it was listed to start in the week commencing April 18. Auty had his conditional bail renewed until his trial.
