THE MIRFIELD man accused of murdering a Ravensthorpe haulier appeared in court yesterday.
Gavin Hogg, 34, is charged with murdering 36-year-old David Burrows and wounding Meryvn Darrell Burrows, 62, and Clive Hoyland, 52.
The auto engineer from Wellhouse Lane only spoke to confirm his name, age and address at the five- minute hearing at Dewsbury Magistrates' Court.
Dressed in blue tracksuit bottoms and a blue T-shirt, Hogg stood impassively as the counts against him were read out.
No pleas were entered.
The charges arise after an incident at M&B Haulage at Low Mill Lane Industrial estate on Wednesday lunchtime when three men were stabbed.
David Burrows later died in Dewsbury hospital.
His father Mervyn, a director at the firm, and uncle and co-director Clive are still being treated at the hospital.
Hogg was remanded in custody until his next hearing later this month at Leeds Crown Court.
