PROCEEDINGS against a senior nurse, who was accused of murdering three of her patients before she was found dead at her home, will be formally closed today.

Anne Grigg-Booth, 52, was due to face trial next year accused of killing three people at Airedale Hospital, in Keighley.

But she was found dead at her home in Nelson, Lancashire.

The criminal case is expected to be formally discontinued at a hearing at Bradford Crown Court.
