CALLING all amateur sleuths – there’s a murder to be solved in Scammonden.

But it is not for real. The Jack O’Mitre pub at New Hey Road is hosting a murder mystery night dinner on Saturday.

Professional actors will provide an evening of killer entertainment, staying in character all night to create the murder scenario – a showbiz awards ceremony.

Tickets cost £20 and include a three-course meal, entertainment and dancing.
