PANCAKE and marmalade making will be causing activity in the kitchens of Colne Valley Museum next weekend.
The Oranges and Lemons event will give visitors the chance to watch Mrs Pearson make her annual batch of preserves using traditional Victorian recipes.
And she will be mixing and tossing pancakes to use up the ingredients of milk and eggs before Lent.
Visitors can also look at the museum's social history exhibition Breaking Out of the Doll's House.
It explores the changing status of women throughout the 20th century, using archive materials.
The events at the museum at Cliffe Ash, Golcar, run from 2pm to 5pm next Saturday and Sunday.
The Doll's House exhibition runs until Sunday, March 11.
Admission is £1.60 for adults and 80p for children and concessions.
