A 39-year-old man who was due to be sentenced yesterday after he got a Huddersfield teenager to take naked pictures of herself has had his case adjourned until next month.
Bradford man Faisal Arabian pleaded guilty last month to a charge of causing or inciting the then 14-year-old, who cannot be identified for legal reasons, to engage in sexual activity in December 2010.
A judge ordered Arabian to sign on the sex offenders’ register during a Bradford Crown Court appearance before Christmas, but when he returned for his sentence hearing yesterday it was explained that a pre-sentence report was not ready due to no fault of the defendant.
Judge Colin Burn granted Arabian bail again until a further hearing which is now fixed to take place on February 3.
