A HUDDERSFIELD charity is planning to help carers.
The Nerve Centre is providing recognition, help and support as part of Carers Week 2010.
Aromatherapy massage, Reiki and reflexology will be available free on June 15 and 17 from 10am to 3pm, as well as many activities such as cookery, Tai Chi, art and crafts throughout the week.
An information Fayre and lunch will be held on Wednesday, June 16, from 11am at the centre in Standard House on Half Moon Street.
Representatives from Crossroads, Carers Gateway and the Health Trainers as well as a trained counsellor will be available to give information about services for carers in the area.
