A Dewsbury woman has appeared in court over a speeding offence.
Nicola Kaye, of Langdale Road, was before Kirklees Magistrates’ Court.
She was previously convicted in her absence of failing to give police information about the driver of her car following an offence.
The court heard that her partner was caught speeding at 47mph on November 15.
Kaye, 26, was permitted to make a statutory declaration that she did not receive any paperwork about this.
Her case was adjourned until April 28 for court proceedings to be started against her again.
