THE NSPCC has officially launched its £1m Child’s Voice Appeal in Yorkshire.

Officials want to fund its helpline services ChildLine, and the NSPCC Helpline, for adults who are concerned about a child.

Both NSPCC helplines give advice and help to children and families across Huddersfield and West Yorkshire.

As one of the country’s leading children’s charities, the NSPCC is committed to ensuring no child’s cry for help goes unheard, which is why the £1million North Child’s Voice Appeal is relying on people to get involved and help fundraise across the region.

Alison Leonard said: “I am very pleased to announce the launch of our £1 million North Child’s Voice Appeal and to be part of this fantastic charity.”

People can either call on 0808 800 5000 or email help@nspcc.org.uk about any concerns.
