Proud mum Julie Webster said her daughter Lucy enjoyed a graduation ceremony at Grange Moor Preschool in Wakefield.
She said: "The preschool staff were amazing. They go above and beyond in all that they do at the preschool and have made the transition so smooth that my little girl, although sad at leaving preschool, is so looking forward to starting primary school in September.
"I am one very proud mummy!"
Other pupils have been saying goodbye to their junior schools and will begin high school in September.
Proud mum Deborah Donaldson sent a picture of her daughter Olivia all dressed up for her final party at junior school.
She said: "What we are even more proud of is she gained a level 6B in her SATS tests."
