FORMER sweet shop owner Dolly Senior has died at the age of 103.
Mrs Senior died on July 16 at Scissett Mount Care Home.
She was well-known in Huddersfield because she ran a sweet shop at Newsome Road with her husband Stanley for many years.
She was also a member of King Street Methodist Mission for many years.
Mrs Senior was born in Bolton, as one of 13 children.
When she was 10, her family moved to Ossett and eventually came to Huddersfield.
Mrs Senior worked as a mender at Glendenning's Mill in Leeds Road, Huddersfield.
Then she and Stanley opened their sweet shop.
Mrs Senior outlived her husband, her step-daughter Joyce and all her 12 siblings.
She was also a grandmother, great-grandmother, an aunt, great-aunt and great-great-aunt.
