A SPECIAL pampering night for ladies is all set to boost Kirkwood Hospice’s Capital Appeal.

The hospice is currently aiming to raise £3m for its major renovation scheme – due to be completed by early summer – and a Ladies’ Night has been organised for later this month after a highly successful one last August.

The event will be on Thursday, January 24 at Bagden Hall Hotel, Scissett, starting at 7.30pm but people should get there around 7pm.

Tickets cost £10 and each will include a goodie bag.

Guests can choose one treat from the wide range of beauty treatments or therapies on offer by professional beauty therapists.

The list includes handwriting analysis, reflexology, make-up makeovers, eyebrow threading, strip lashes, hand and arm massage with file and polish, Reiki, acupuncture and Indian head massage.

There will be a variety of stalls to browse – including clothing from Cherry Bomb Boutique at Denby Dale, goodies from Temple Spa, vintage clothing, handbags, bath bombs and much more.

Tickets are available by calling Marie Peacock, Capital Appeal Manager or Siobhan Hooper, Capital Appeal Assistant on 01484 557911 or emailing info@capitalappeal.org.

Tickets will be sold on a first come, first served basis.
