A TOTAL of 200 men and boys braved the hot weather to complete a charity run in Huddersfield's Beaumont Park.
Sons, dads, grand-dads and carers are pictured running the five-kilometre route round the historic park in pairs.
They were sponsored to complete the run, with all proceeds going towards the Bobby Moore Cancer Fund.
The charity focuses on the battle to beat testicular cancer.
Andrew Kitchen, of community group the Friends of Beaumont Park, helped with the event.
He said: "There have been a lot of runs for women's causes recently and I think men decided they wanted to do something, too.
"We are not sure how much has been raised because we are still counting the sponsorship money. But it is set to be a good total. It was a really good event."
The run was organised by pupils at West Vale Primary School.
Pupils from schools across Halifax and Huddersfield schools also took part.
