They're almost home - and gloomy weather didn't deter the Pedal4Pounds cyclists as they headed for Doncaster.
Around 300 riders hit the road once more today for the penultimate day of the Huddersfield Town Football Club charity challenge.
Day three saw riders tackle the 80-mile leg from Leicester to Doncaster, braving foul weather and roadside bike repairs en route.
Tomorrow cyclists will make their way back to Huddersfield in time for the last home game of the season against Leicester City at John Smith's Stadium.
The annual charity bike ride follows a 250-mile route from the Arsenal ground to Huddersfield Town Football Club , named ‘The Chapman Trail’, in honour of the club’s legendary manager, Herbert Chapman .
It raises vital funds for the Keep It Up Campaign , an innovative partnership between Huddersfield Town and the Yorkshire Air Ambulance , which raises money for the charity as well as the club’s Youth Academy.
Last year's Pedal4Pounds 4 event raised a staggering £190,000 for the campaign, which hopes to reach £1m very soon .
Tweets today using the #P4P5 hashtag were mostly about the rubbish weather, but cyclists were in good spirits as they drew ever closer to the finish line.
The cyclists are due to arrive back in Huddersfield from 12.30pm tomorrow, and will ride back to the stadium before completing a lap of honour.
