A pensioner who carried out shocking sex abuse against children over a 20-year period in Huddersfield has been jailed.

Disabled pervert Randall Davies has been jailed for a total of 14 and a half years for historic sex offences against three girls in the town.

And even as he was being led away, the evil pervert did not let his victims rest.

After his conviction as he was taken from the courtroom, he shouted to the complainants in the public gallery: “I hope you all rot in hell.”

Davies was found guilty by a jury at Leeds Crown Court on 17 charges of indecency with a child, nine of indecent assault and one of attempted rape.

The offences were said to have happened to the girls at different times between 1966 and 1985.

Some of the offences happened while the girls were under the age of 14.

Davies, 66, who has been recently living in Langley Road, Poole, Dorset, denied any sex offences had happened.

Jailing him Recorder Rob Mairs said the offences were serious and had a long term impact on his victims.

In addition Davies had shown no remorse.

In addition to the jail term he was ordered to register as a sex offender for life and barred from working with children.

During the trial Davies used a motorised wheelchair to get to the court and a walking stick to get into the dock.
