THE family of Gurmail Singh has received a personal letter of condolence from Prince Charles over the death of the husband and father.
Mr Singh’s relatives do not wish to divulge the exact content of the letter but friends say it was a message of sympathy in the wake of the murder, in which the future king offered his support and also passed on the feelings of his wife.
The family are said to be extremely grateful.
