PHOTOGRAPHERS can submit their snaps of the upper Colne Valley to help a good cause.
The 2013 Marsden and Slaithwaite calendar will raise funds for the Christmas lights switch-ons in the two villages.
The calendar, which is now in its sixth year, is sold around the world, including to former Colne Valley residents in Australia and Canada.
Entries must be in colour, in landscape format and should illustrate the seasons, life and scenery of the two villages.
Application forms are available from Marsden and Slaithwaite libraries.
The winners will receive a framed enlargement of their photograph and a calendar.
The deadline for entries is Friday, June 1.
