A MAN badly hurt in a fall from a multi-storey car park remains seriously ill in hospital.

The 28-year-old suffered severe back and internal injuries when he plunged from the roof of the car park above Huddersfield bus station at 2.30pm on Wednesday.

He landed on Upperhead Row.

The man was taken to Huddersfield Royal Infirmary, where he is `poorly' in intensive care.

There are no suspicious circumstances.
