THREE people have been arrested after police swooped on a Lindley cannabis farm.

Detectives raided premises in Oakes Road, late on Monday night which resulted in the discovery of

19 cannabis plants.

A large quantity of pills and £3,000 in cash was also recovered.

A West Yorkshire Police spokesman said: “Two male adults and a female adult were arrested at the scene on suspicion of cultivating cannabis, possessing Class A drugs with intent to supply, and money laundering.” The warrant, executed by Sgt Simon Short of Huddersfield North Neighbourhood Policing team, came following intelligence from the community.
