POLICE believe this man could have vital information about a shoplifting offence, which ended with a member of staff at a Huddersfield store being threatened with a knife.
A man stole three computer modems from Currys on the Great Northern Retail Park and put them into a blue rucksack.
He was then challenged by a member of staff as he tried to leave without paying.
The staff member had to let him go when the thief threatened him with the knife.
The theft took place on Monday, April 3, at 7pm.
The man police want to speak to is African-Caribbean, in his 20s, 6ft tall and was wearing a grey hooded top.
