POLICE sealed off a stretch of canal towpath in Huddersfield after a reported sex attack on a woman.
The 54-year-old victim told police she was sexually assaulted on the canal path off Queen Street South yesterday afternoon.
The woman, who lives in Huddersfield, is being interviewed by specially-trained officers.
Police have closed a section of the towpath running between the Huddersfield Narrow Canal and the 1535 apartments complex.
